-- THE MOTIVATABLE (60%) - These would be the people who are excited able to give up the next, and one day. They could be readily influenced or inspired by the slighted idea or remark. You must know about people and don't take it personally when they cease, although unfortunately this is the majority of them out there.


-- Inspired (10%) - These will be the individuals who are strong to make determinations, get involved and could carry your company together with your engagement.. There are several factors which make people self-propelled.


This group will turn your company on fire. This group will take charge, get involved, and develop a company with or without you.


Since you know how people are split based on Attitude, let us quickly move into the 4 kinds of Heart Motivations:


MONEY - Is a strong motivator, but not everyone is motivated by cash. People make the mistake that everybody has a cash in the brain. Cash isn't everything for people not motivated by cash.




ENJOYMENT - Pretty much everyone enjoys to get fun. there are those who are searching for the the 'Interesting Link" in everything. You won't have the ability to pull them into your company, if that Fun Connection is missing. You must show them while developing their company they can have a great time.


FACTS - You can find those who like fiqures and all the facts. Professionals like Scientists, Doctors, Chemists, Analysts, etc. A great deal of information to make a sound choice is required by this group. This group will take sometime. Haste choices are not made by them.


CAUSE - Cause motivated folks are people who need to really make a difference in world, nation, and the community. This group is goal prompted. Although at first glance you would believe based on this that cash would be their motivation, you have to successfully demonstrate the capacity to satisfy this core motivation prior to the money actually matters.


When you are presenting your opportunity, you need to help you reach everyone to recognize the four core motivations and understand each and every persons attitude in person or on the telephone. All 4 Center Motivations must be hit on by your communication . You'll pull more into your company than you can imagine when you do that. Ignore the negative; keep a level head regarding the motivatables; encourage and work with all e business the motivated; sell out to the motivators. The best presenters know hot to reach everyone and each on their Core Motivation.
